We used to frequent Blue Sake before transitioning to a vegan diet. It has become our favorite restaurant. I always order the drunken noodles without egg or fish sauce. When I request it this way, they confirm if I want it vegan. I like to order it medium-spicy and then add my own chili garlic sauce to make it even hotter. The flavor and spice are excellent. The noodles are cooked perfectly every time. In comparison to other Thai restaurants, where the noodles can be either too dry or too wet, Blue Sake always delivers consistently delicious dishes.
I went tonight with my vegan fiancated and omni family and we were very impressed by the amount of options available for us. her menu is available online, but there are like 5 or 6 vegetable sushi rolls, one with tofu. nudels and rice dishes that they can either do with just sweet or add tofu, and a few salads. my fiancée got the vegetable frying without a hurry, and added tofu. it was delicious, and I can wait to go back and try more!

this place has a series of vegan options and offers space. I ordered some of their wraps, and for the most part they were pretty good. my to-go orders have been messed up a few times, but fortunately it was still vegan. the personal was always friendly and offers excellent service. updated by previous review on 2021-12-15

They offer vegan options and were attentive when we mentioned no meat or fish. The spring rolls and drunken noodles were excellent. The vegetarian delight dish was filled with fresh vegetables.
