Ok, so today we cut our run short to place an online order with this establishment. We started the ordering process at 1:10. After creating an account and figuring out our selections, I submitted the order at 1:23 pm. Our order was not accepted. Apparently, an employee went into the system and changed every single menu item to “unavailable” at around 1:20, probably while I was entering our credit card information. When the establishment closes at 2 pm, I find this conduct unprofessional and unacceptable. We had planned our entire afternoon around this. I saw blue sky cafe was near her new place and had vegan option, so I decided to check it! it is a typical local diner/cafe art by place with a good feeling and mood! I was somewhat disappointed because I was hoping for options. there was 1! I came to the breakfast and did not see the lunch menu, but only one! the savory breakfast dish. This is the place to go for breakfast in the west Denver metro area. Blue Sky is a super friendly and clean cafe and coffee/juice bar that serves some great food. They do serve meat, but they are also very accommodating for gluten free, veg, and vegan diets. Tofu can be substituted for pretty much any egg dish. My favorites are the vegan tofu scramble, the sesame ginger tofu, and the Santa Fe juevos without dairy and tofu instead of egg. The other interesting thing about this place is that the restaurant turns into a yoga studio at night.
I was very disappointed with my dining experience at this restaurant today. The food used to be beautifully presented, but that is no longer the case. I could have made a better breakfast at home for half the price. I have been coming here for many years and have brought guests, but I think it's time to look for a new spot for brunch or lunch. Thank you, but I will pass on returning.

This is a really nice place! The blue sky is really cool to look at and there’s a lot of paintings on the wall. I had the strawberries and cream waffle which was pretty good. The waffle was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. For being a nicer restaurant the breakfast prices are pretty reasonable. The waitress was friendly and on top of things.
We had a large party and were promptly seated. Water glasses and pitchers were already on the table. We ordered coffee and they quickly brought pitchers. The service was exceptional, they ran a very efficient operation. Everything was handled with care. The food was delicious and served quickly. I highly recommend this place!
This place is really good, but just too expensive now for what it is. Dishes are about $14 and ANY beverage (soda, coffee, milk, tea etc) is $4.Doesn't keep people away though, this place is always decently busy. I'd call agead and be prepared to wait during peak times. Servers are great and the food comes out fast.
that was my first restaurant I tried after I moved here, and I forgot the name I had ordered, but the part was verrry small and very oily. also quite bland. it was just a few tofu, rice and paprika, why I remember. after that I had to go to chipotle to fill me.

Fun place to get breakfast! Great cafe atmosphere and everyone was very nice. They have pretty typical breakfast cafe options.
Delicious, fresh breakfast. Excellent service. Friendly atmosphere. It's the same pleasure every time.
