It doesn't look like much but I was hungry and craving sushi, so I decided to come in. It was a Thursday night, they only have one waitress who handles takeout and serving. I ordered to go and the food took about 30 minutes to be prepared. I order a salmon hand roll, I thought it would be your typical 6 individual rolls but I got a mini burrito instead. It was so good! The fish wash fresh and it had a good quality to it. I also ordered the gyoza (yummy!! , hibachi fried rice, vegetable and shrimp tempura, dream roll, crustation roll, Tom yum soup, and the butterfly shrimp appetizer. this is my favorite sushi place in nj. we spend in the regular a good amount of money here, but they always thank us with a free roll. they are not only one of the best sushi sites, but one of the best food facilities around. the sushi is always fresh and always flexible with the pick-up time. even if they were busy and wait a 2 hours, they have made our entire tablet under 30 minutes. they are very polite and have great customer service. I had no bad experience here.
The service was atrocious. My partner and I were looking forward to a pleasant dinner, but the waitress barely greeted us and seemed more bothersome than helpful. She didn’t provide us with a menu and hardly offered us any drinks. When she took my partner’s order, she walked away without taking mine. It was incredibly rude and disrespectful. We decided to leave and found another restaurant. This place doesn’t even deserve a one-star rating.
Our favorite sushi restaurant! The sushi is incredibly fresh and beautifully prepared. The service is outstanding. It gets very busy during peak hours, so it's best to make a reservation if possible; otherwise, you'll need to order takeout. I really enjoy the bento box options for lunch or dinner—highly recommend them! The atmosphere is cozy and beautifully decorated for the holidays. Enjoy!

I often meet friends at this beautiful restaurant throughout the year. It's truly the best place to dine! I visit regularly, and the food is fantastic. The staff is friendly, and the prices are reasonable. I really enjoy eating here.
First time eating at this restaurant.The waiter was very attentive and took great care of us.The food here comes into the mouth with such a wonderful taste. Dao is delicious. Will plan on our next visit here.

The waitress forgot our sashimi and I still give this place a 9/10 their sushi is top notch and the service was good otherwise. Best sushi place in jersey.
