Had to review BlueFish…Booked on the strength of previous so, yes, very friendly knowledgeable waitress,on her advice we had the tuna starter no further details but Wow ! utterly delicious. Both my wife and I were torn between mains so, on advisement again my wife chose stone bass over pork cheeks and I fish stew over octopus. Whilst the stone bass was “ fine “ my stew was flawed… the fish was fine, mussels, clams, the single calamari ring was inedible, and my reasonably sized prawn did not come apart as it should and had not been deveined. After a recommendation from people we met in holiday my wife and I booked a table at Blue Fish. The booking was done by email and immediately I got the right vibes as a copy of the menu was added to my confirmation. The restaurant is as you would guess sea food based but other options are available. Most of the restaurants in town seem to be offering a very similar menu and service at times can be questionable. Blue fish on the other hand is fine dining, with beautifully presented quality food. I opted for the special of sea bass which was delicious. OUR FIRST VISIT TO BLUE FISH WAS IN JUNE 2023 .WE WERE WALKING BACK AND FORTH WHEN A MAN ALREADY SEATED OUTSIDE SAID HE COULD RECOMMEND THE BLUE FISH AND WE WOULD ENJOY, THANK GOODNESS WE TOOK HIS ADVICE. IT WAS AMAZING ! THE STAFF WERE FRIENDLY AND THE FOOD WAS OUTSTANDINGLY GOOD .THE FOOD LOOKED GREAT ON THE PLATE , THE TASTE WAS FANTASTIC WE WERE ONLY DOING A 5 NIGHT STAY BUT WENT TO BLUE FISH FOR 3 NIGHTS. WE CAME BACK OCTOBER THIS YEAR AND WENT FOR 3 EVENINGS OF FABULOUS FOOD. WE WOULD HAVE GONE MORE BUT IT CLOSED FOR THE SEASON. WE WILL BE BACK. CHRIS RON
Excellent food and wine at this small restaurant. The tuna and foie gras starter was amazing. This was followed by two excellent mains dishes one fish and one pork. Both were excellent. Chocolate fondant followed which was also excellent. Wine choice was good and the advice on selecting a Spanish white wine was spot on. Excellent service and experience all round. After reading the excellent reviews we decided to reserve a table and travel from Talamanca for the evening; we were not disappointed. This was one of our favourite restaurants during our holiday, so much so that we booked to go for a second time. The quality of the food, presentation and service was excellent. We would definitely return again when we are back on the island.
We had dinner here on our last night of our holiday and wish we had visited earlier so that we could squeeze in two visits! A reason to return to lovely Ibiza… Superb tasting food with exquisite presentation. Friendly staff and a lovely venue. If you are thinking of dining here do not hesitate, you will not be disappointed.

Very busy staff attentive and helpful Starters were well presented Goats Cheese Beef Ravioli excellent Mains Sea Bream Sea Bass dishes well presented and high quality Located on the Main Street in the town with great atmosphere Highly recommend this restaurant
