OUR FIRST VISIT TO BLUE FISH WAS IN JUNE 2023 .WE WERE WALKING BACK AND FORTH WHEN A MAN ALREADY SEATED OUTSIDE SAID HE COULD RECOMMEND THE BLUE FISH AND WE WOULD ENJOY, THANK GOODNESS WE TOOK HIS ADVICE. IT WAS AMAZING ! THE STAFF WERE FRIENDLY AND THE FOOD WAS OUTSTANDINGLY GOOD .THE FOOD LOOKED GREAT ON THE PLATE , THE TASTE WAS FANTASTIC WE WERE ONLY DOING A 5 NIGHT STAY BUT WENT TO BLUE FISH FOR 3 NIGHTS. WE CAME BACK OCTOBER THIS YEAR AND WENT FOR 3 EVENINGS OF FABULOUS FOOD. WE WOULD HAVE GONE MORE BUT IT CLOSED FOR THE SEASON. WE WILL BE BACK. CHRIS RON
Hello. please thank the owner(s alex and patricia and staff especially nieves for the wonderful dinner and the bottle wein tuvi or not be. we had a great time. the restaurant has a great location, eating at bluefish absolutely spectacular (we ate two meal times there: to begin spring rolls of the ente confit with asian salat and the main dish sea bream with aubergine, miso and dushi sauce . we are happy to stay with them in the future. what a great place!
Excellent food and wine at this small restaurant. The tuna and foie gras starter was amazing. This was followed by two excellent mains dishes one fish and one pork. Both were excellent. Chocolate fondant followed which was also excellent. Wine choice was good and the advice on selecting a Spanish white wine was spot on. Excellent service and experience all round. I highly recommend and we will be back.
without doubt the best restaurant on the island! eating is simply excellent, the taste, the aromas and the way they present it. and patricia is the sweetest and friendly person they could find, always ready to feel them home. in a bowl, the best eating in the best atmosphere! it is worth the experience. I'll be back. bluefish is a must on island ibiza!
We had dinner here on our last night of our holiday and wish we had visited earlier so that we could squeeze in two visits! A reason to return to lovely Ibiza… Superb tasting food with exquisite presentation. Friendly staff and a lovely venue. If you are thinking of dining here do not hesitate, you will not be disappointed.
fantastic little restaurant. eating is highest quality and the personal friendly and knowledgeable. the food prices in santa eulalia are a bit more than many resorts that I have been at this place, is worth every cent!
I was there on Thursday. Amazing eating and incredibly friendly service. filz like a gourmet service at home. they would recommend. alex is a genie in the kitchen.
