While the pork for our meal was unfortunately spoiled and tasted terrible, the manager promptly addressed the issue, which was surprising given its condition. My wife ended up feeling unwell later that night after trying a bite. The customer service was good, and although our meals were below average, we still tipped 22%, which unfortunately they did not seem to deserve. The restaurant is quite cramped, giving it a cozy, homey feel, and it is definitely worth a visit. However, despite how great the ramen looks online, I would say it was just mediocre. I have to admit the food was good, but it was certainly overpriced. The portions just didn't justify the high prices. I would have considered returning, but unfortunately, the service was the worst I've ever encountered. The waitress was incredibly rude. She served me a glass of flat wine that was clearly towards the end of the bottle, and when I asked for a new glass, she immediately shot me down and poured from the nearly empty bottle, despite there being three new bottles right behind it. The entire interaction was just unpleasant. Save your money and dine somewhere that values good customer service.
I have to be fair to say the food was good. But...overpriced...very expensive for the serving. I would have said we would return but...NO...the waitress was the rudest server I 've ever experienced. Served me flat wine ..it was towards the very endof the bottle..so I asked her if I could get a new glass. Before the words came out of my mouth she said NO grabbed my glasspoured it out and there were 3 brand new bottles behind the one that was almost completely empty. This was just one rudeencounter. Arrived 5 pm Thur, 3 adults 2 kids seated right away. Only one waitress and 1 cook, so slow service. We came for sushi but it took 1 hour to get first rolls. The cheaper Philly roll and others $8-9.99 were bland and did not taste fresh. Tiger Roll, Vegas roll, and other more expensive rolls $12.00 or more tasted fresh. Ordered grouper for kids but what we got did taste anything like grouper but more like cod. The crab cake sandwich appeared to be premade from a frozen paddy along with frozen fries. Does not deserve 4 star rating that lead us here.
Everything we ordered were pretty good. Appetizers, ramen noodles, and sushi. It's a small place and is not fancy at all. But food and service are good, so we'll go back. It's not cheap but no Japanese food around here is cheap so I think the prices are acceptable.
The sushi here is always fresh and delicious. My partner tends to stick with the fried fish sandwiches, while I can’t resist the amazing executive roll. The owner is incredibly kind and friendly, adding to the overall great experience!

Horrible, owner and manager is not professional cook. No gloves for my food, on the phone, while I repaired my food. Something from her hand on my Philly cheese steak. You can see everything! Can't eat.
