BNA has established itself as one of our favorite spots in Kelowna. The food is always good, and they've done a great job of keeping a few mainstays on the menu while also changing things up with a few new options every time we visit. Most people wouldn't expect the quality of food you get at BNA to come from a "brew pub", but BNA is certainly not your standard brew pub.In terms of their beer, I view BNA as the anti-Tree (as in Tree Brewing, for you non locals). Their beers are anything but standard, and they always have something unique and fun on tap. Even their mainstays have a unique flair that separates them from the rest of the craft beer crowd. Basically this is the best all around restaurant in Kelowna when it comes to food drinks and atmosphere. I had been here on several occasions prior to moving to Kelowna and always liked it but now after living here (block away) I've had the opportunity to really see how this place operates. I have never had a bad meal and feel the standards and selection rivel any place in this town. It may not change frequently as some but their execution and flavours are on point. We were attracted to this restaurant by the reviews. Great building, atmosphere, and friendly staff. We were first told they were out of most of their craft beers, which was OK. Lots else to order and the one craft beer left that I did order was very nice. Started with Vietnamese-style wings. Delicious. Then came the waiting ... I think it may have been the longest I've ever waited for a meal. In all fairness, the staff was aware and did check up on us often. I appreciated it. My meal came and was great - Arctic Char. My wife's meal came - Fish Tacos - and she was very disappointed and decided not to have anything else.So this is a very mixed review, but what happened at the end convinced me...
Spent a couple days in Kelowna this week, touring wineries and breweries. Came across the BNA as I was googling for a nice brewery to have a beer at night. Never loved a place so much at first sight. The concept and the whole vibe of the place is so on point and unique, I could not stop talking about it. Loved it even more when I saw the food menu. I was never expecting such a creative and extensive cuisine in a place like that. The only negative on this review is we went on our last night in Kelowna, so we can't go back. At least on this trip. We sat at the Bar as the tables were full. The bartenders were attentive and friendly. We had Brent as our main bartender, he was awesome. He knew his drinks/beer and spoke to the flavours in detail. As for the food, he spoke with passion and a true knowledge of the menu. We went for the sticky buns for a starter, they were amazing. After a long drive from Seattle, BNA was the perfect place to unwind. Beer flights were excellent and we loved the atmosphere. The fish tacos and the pork buns were so good. We ordered the zucchini that everyone seems to love, but it wasn't quite so appealing. Would definitely return.
One of the best meals we have had since moving to Kelowna three years ago. We shared the heirloom tomato salad and the chicken Parmesan with Gnocchi and Black Truffle Cream. Both were delicious. Would highly recommend!

Sunday afternoon drinks and appies; loved the atmosphere here. Mushroom toast crisp, and the steamed pork bun was light with super flavorful sauce.
