Polite and efficient service. If you like cuisine where you taste different flavours this is the place. They gave us some starters to try gazpacho , an apple concoction and a cod type waffle. They were tasty. The servings are adequate if you don't eat a lot. The meat was well presented and it was nice Not a place to take kids or for picky eaters like me. But it was a good exoerience. It is an elegant restaurant, aesthetically well cared for. Top quality products are used, the dishes are very well presented, well prepared. They are very good. A service of 10, attentive, professional. Adequate quality-price. If you continue in that line, you can achieve higher goals. On my visit to Cáceres on 08/26/2023 we went to eat at B-NOMIO and the result was: EXCELLENT! Creative appetizers, the fantastic oxtail rice, the dessert and the little tree with the shot, another detail.
