I visited the restaurant on September 17, 2022, with my daughter and unfortunately found a baby roach in our food. When I called customer service to report the incident, I spoke with a representative named Ms. Mary, who was quite rude and aggressive. She didn't allow me to express my concerns and showed no compassion or understanding regarding the impact this had on my child after finding the roach in our meal. This experience has left me feeling that I will never set foot in Bob Evans again. Furthermore, they have not allowed me to file a claim with their insurance, which adds to my frustration.
My coworker and I stopped by this restaurant after a long day at work. The food was fantastic, and our server, Markell, was amazing. He had a long day as well, but he maintained a wonderful attitude and provided excellent service! He even took the time to sit down with us while taking our order and allowed us to snap a couple of photos with him. It really made our evening! Thanks, Markell!!!
My husband and I had the best customer service experience at this restaurant. Angela greeted us at the hostess stand and she continued managing the floor effortlessly. We even witnessed her training who we believe to be a new waitress with such patience. Great vibe overall at this establishment. Oh and the food was good, can't forget that.
That was an amazing spot for breakfast! We were in a group, and the waitress did a wonderful job ensuring we had everything we needed. The service was outstanding, and the food was delicious. I had banana pancakes with bacon and domestic frits (essentially fried potato cubes) along with scrambled eggs. It was all fantastic!

This place is everything! Feels like grandmas house with good people. Lashondra was our waitress and was the best ever. She attended to us ahead of us even having to request anything!! The food came out fast and delicious. All the staff here are incredible and respectful. Highly recommend
