Stopped for breakfast and I only have one word for it and that word is disgusting. Over easy eggs were ice cold when they came to my table bacon smelled like it was old and reheated. Westernomelette had over abundance amount of green and red peppers. Hashbrowns were ice cold. Caramel macchiato came out of a vending machine and tasted like water. Waitress was not very nice at all. Actually overheard her talking about us being difficult customers because I told her I didn’t want whip cream on top of my caramel .macchiato Can I have hot tea instead. The water was lukewarm. I really like Bob Evans restaurants. The food is consistently good, their prices are excellent and the quality is always the same. I don't like surprises with food, and you won't get any at Bob Evans. This restaurant, like so many others have been hit with labor shortages. It's apparent by the number of employees, but you'd never know it by the speed of the wait staff or the kitchen staff. Bob Evans does so much better working with the limited employees than many other restaurants. To me this speaks to the professionalism of the staff and management coworkers with everyone else. Terrible experience. When we arrived, we were told there would be a ten-minute wait, despite having already waited five minutes for someone to acknowledge our presence. After another half hour without any seats available or even a staff member recognizing us—while several employees were standing around chatting—we had had enough and decided to leave.
Ordered the thanksgiving family meal and it never showed. They tried to blame door dash but they really just messed up and took on too many orderes. Pure chaos and lies. Food was slow coming out and barely edible. Food had no flavor, bacon was burnt to a crisp and sausage was barely cooked. Service was slow and they were clearly behind on cleaning tables, taking orders and keeping up with the tables. Waste of time and money.
Very homey and friendly vibes with all the servers and staff members.A nice slice of home breakfast in every bite.I love to get The Whole Hog everytime.It has all the meats, 2 eggs, a side of hashbrowns, a French toast and hotcake. A lot of food for cheap!
The service was excellent, and the pancakes were fantastic! However, I ordered an omelet with avocado, and the avocado was not fresh. It lacked creaminess and was even the wrong color. Next time, I'll bring my own avocado. Food rating: 4/5.

Clean and comfortable and the food was good despite not having raw onions), but what made in the most delightful was our waitress, Hayley. Hayley was very personable and efficient.
