**The Good:** I ordered the southwest omelet, and it was wonderfully fresh, delicious, and piping hot. The side items were just as impressive. We arrived around 9:00 am on a Saturday, and although the restaurant was bustling, the service was outstanding. Our waitress was attentive and prompt, even offering us to-go cups for our drinks—something I haven't experienced at other places before. **The Bad:** While the food and service were quite good, the condition of the bathrooms left much to be desired. They appeared to have not been cleaned that morning or the night before, which seems to be a recurring issue in many restaurants these days. **Summary:** I would have rated them a full 5 stars...
This location, although it seems to be less busy these days, is exceptionally clean. The waitstaff is very friendly. Our waitress, despite having difficulty moving around, was attentive and did a great job. The food was excellent, and the eggs were cooked perfectly, just as we requested. I highly recommend this place. It can sometimes feel crowded, which may lead to short wait times, but it's a great spot to relax and enjoy a nice meal.
This was my first time at Bob Evans eating and it was fantastic!! I went with my friend and his family for my birthday breakfast!! It was delicious!! And the service was so wonderful!! I think the name of the waitress was Mara, she was so sweet!! I had a great experience!! Can't wait to go back!!
For the price of a disappointing meal at McDonald's, you can enjoy fresh, delicious food here, along with consistently excellent service. The management is commendable, and the staff is fantastic. The service was great! I went there with my 83 year old mom and our server, Kristen was so patient with her. Mom gave her a 40% tip. I ordered the double meat protein bowl. It was absolutely delicious!!! I will order that as my brunch meal from now on until I get tired of it.
We had eggs, toast, pancakes and hash browns. Couldn't have been better. It was packed but they got us in and seated quickly, service was very good and our server was awesome. It has been three yrs since I have been to Bob Evans, but now I know what I was missing.
I would give it five stars, but it was quite busy that day, and the food felt a bit rushed. However, the manager addressed the issue perfectly. I still highly recommend this place—it's been a favorite for years, and they have the best coleslaw in the world!

The food is consistently delicious and the waitstaff is fantastic. I absolutely love the blueberry pancakes, and the coffee is excellent too!
