They no longer have filet of sole which was my favorite. Also is COLD to the point people wear sweatshirts while eating. I can't understand why they have it so cold even though they have had numerous complaints. Seems like the only thing they will understand is when people stop going there. When you don't listen to your customers, that says a lot!! I was disappointed today and will no longer rate them as the best. I just can't!
Our server, Jennifer, was amazing. I think the person in the kitchen might have been new to the job based on how the items were getting timed, hence a star off on the food. The AC was cranked waaaay too much is why there is a star off on the atmosphere. Disability accessibility is excellent from what I could check (was up on my double canes instead of using my manual wheelchair this visit).
This is the second negative review for this Bob Evans. The new fish selection was overcooked. The waitress needs to use a pen and paper to take an order correctly. I had to request biscuits when I checked out, since the waitress couldn't deliver during the meal. There was only the one waitress for my half of the restaurant. WHERE IS THE MANAGER THROUGH ALL THIS!!??
Had the worst, greasy omelet I've ever had. I should have sent it back but I figured it wouldn't have been any different. Ordered it with avocado on top thinking I would be getting fresh sliced. Nope, it was a scope or two of smashed avocado. Turned brown before I could even eat it. So gross! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Went here for a quick breakfast. Server was super sweet but the omelette may have been the worst I’ve ever had. It was so overly cooked, it looked like a pancake. Everything else was great. Will be back to try again at some point and get a different food item next time.
Found a hair in our food a while back decided to give it a second chance yet another hair… yuck! Food doesn’t even taste good anymore. Won’t be back again.
Great waitress Hailey hands down great customer service, Bob them sausage patties are garbage but great bacon.
