I wanted so badly to love this place. I truly enjoy finding little mom and pop locations with great food. I read the reviews and I was really excited to try them out. Unfortunately, this was not the experience I was hoping for. The service was non existent. I had to get up and go to the register to request that someone find our waitress just to get a refill on iced tea. That was after we were finished eating and we hadn 't seen her since the food was delivered. I ordered Veal Parmigiana. The veal was sadly overcooked, rock hard, and had no flavor. In 2019, we stopped visiting this restaurant because they didn’t adhere to their advertised hours. On one occasion, they closed by 6:30 PM. Recently, I decided to give them another chance for takeout since we live nearby. When I called during the hours indicated online, a woman answered and said, “Sorry, we’re closed. Nothing is happening.” I expressed my frustration about their inconsistent hours, and she bluntly replied, “Honey, we’re not going to keep the lights on if no one is coming in.” Then she hung up on me. The food is great, atmosphere is great but ordering takeout is painful. Please please please implement an on line order system or add another phone line. I called 17 times tonight to a busy signal. I didn’t give up but won’t do that again. I can see it took me 11 times to get through last time I ordered a week ago. Please fix this.
My favorite pizza place! The pizza crust is crisp but soft at the same time. The sauce is perfect and they put the right amount of toppings on there. We had a wonderful experience at Bobarino’s this week while visiting from Phoenix. We ate a late lunch of garlic knots, pizza, a Philly cheese sandwich and chicken parm. The food was excellent and the service superb!! Will definitely be back on our next visit to Manasota Key.
Ok pizza was good as expected. They out of several menu items. The service was good and attentive no full bar would not recommend the wine based margaritas
