Awful. The team that's works on Saturdays in the afternoon was horrible. The long-haired Hispanic guy was so rude when we asked what a Taro was. We were curious. NEW CUSTOMERS! After I placed the order, he was so rude to his coworker while we watched my drink being made. The rude guy didn't even attempt to ask his coworker to make my drink. Instead, she had to ask him. So while she made the Taro Milk, the Caucasian girl wiped her nose while preparing my drink with no gloves. We immediately asked her to stop, and she rudely stated that her hands don't go into the drink! We were appalled. Another coworker even told her to wash her hands. And the girl rudely looked back like she didn't have to...

One of my favorite San Antonio tea places. They have quite a few unique flavor mixes that I enjoy.. Only offer one size of cup but it is a decent size. They close a little early.Parking: Shared parking lot with a few places. I normally go later in day so plenty of spaces. I do not know how full lot gets during middle of day.

We come here alot. The Bobo tea tasted like the milk might be sour. They ran out of punch cards for the ice cream and wouldn't punch my tea card to make up for the inconvenience. Why do they even have 2 cards if they don't keep them in stock?Food: 4/5

Would love to come more but I need a Thai tea that doesn’t have dairy milk in it. I have asked about a handful of times hoping it will change and it hasn’t yet. Please consider a Thai tea that has no dairy and can get almond or oat milk instead

I recommend Thai tea and Taro coconut ice cream rolled. It was delicious and not sweet—perfect taste as usual.
