They’ve added a few more vegan items to their menu and they are clearly marked. They have two really delicious vegan brunch options as well. They offer vegan sausage, and Just egg for brunch. The vegan uncle Jesse skillet was DELICIOUS. They recently changed and improved their vegan options for lunch and dinner as well. I had their beyond sausage a couple times before they changed their menu and it was always under cooked and a little cold. Glad they changed it on their menu to a skewer now. We attempted to visit the Flytrap Cafe but found it unexpectedly closed. We then tried Bobcat Bonnies, arriving at 11:10am to find the doors still locked. Just as we were about to try the Thai place next door, a server approached us and informed us that Bobcat Bonnies was indeed open. Both my partner and I ordered the vegan chicken avocado sandwich, but were surprised to find it came with American cheese despite our request for vegan cheddar cheese. The cheese was missing altogether when our sandwiches arrived, so I asked the waiter to bring a separate plate with the vegan cheddar cheese. I went to this restaurant for dinner and brunch. They have a solid selection for both meals. Interestingly, some of the sandwiches on the dinner menu can also be found on the brunch menu. However, there are also hashes, sausages, and breakfast tacos available for brunch. For dinner, there are options like an impossible burger, chicken sandwich, fish and chips, and fish tacos. You can modify many of their menu items to suit your preferences. The cocktails are great too! I especially enjoyed the brunch cereal shooters made with almond milk. Everything is cooked on the same flat top and fryers. I told them I have a severe seafood allergy and they could not accommodate. The reason: anything fried goes in the same fryer as the fried fish. The impossible burger, cooked where they sauté shrimp. I asked if they could just cook it in a clean frying pan. Nope, not an option. When I said you can’t list foods as vegan or gluten free if they are cooked with other foods, I was told it is vegan, but it’s cooked with fish. They didn’t understand at all.
The food was good, but some of it came out lukewarm, our waiter misinformed us about vegan options, we were left waiting for long periods, the bill had several items on it we didn't order, and it took a long time to sort it out. I was hoping the vegan selection would be larger than it was, after hearing good things, but the entree selection was two sandwiches, and we were told the fryer was shared.

I was excited to find several vegan choices on the menu at this restaurant. While most of the options were comfort food, there were a few healthier vegan choices available.
