You go into the doors and you are immediately greeted by the soft-spoken men behind the counter, a clear Texan accent radiated. Immediately the smell of smoke and meat covers you. The food is excellent and the portions are hearty. For the amount of food you receive, the price cannot beat; I spent $22 for 3 meats, 2 sides and a coke. The place is immaculate and clean. They are some of the best, real grill in the area and I hope they are flowering! I'm back, and I'll make sure I can take them all!
Large small bistro style bbq place. The meat is fantastic, served in dressed with sauce on the side. Perfect pig, moist and tasteful. Brisket has a fantastic crust and great taste. He lived the ranch. The Bbq beans did not inspire me, but my friends thought they were great, simple beans. Excellent services at the counter and attentive to the tables (for a tray service place that is unusual! I'm looking forward to going back.
If you are looking for Texas style bbq, this place is great. I had brisket and ribs. The brisket had a nice smoke ring and wasn't dry. There was sause but no need for it! The ribs pulled cleanly from the bone and were moist. The sides and peach cobbler were also great. Highly advise a visit!
Delicious, subtle aromas, they do not beat you over the head with too much sauce. Beans, Slav and Mac n cheese were all on the point. Very crisp and light sponge, still with great taste.
