This is a charming bistro-style BBQ joint. The meat is outstanding, served with a delicious sauce on the side. The pulled pork is moist and flavorful, while the brisket boasts a fantastic crust and superb flavor. The atmosphere is inviting and rustic. Although the BBQ beans didn't impress me personally, my friends enjoyed them and thought they were simply great. The counter service is excellent, and the staff is notably attentive to table service, which is quite rare for a tray service establishment. I'm definitely looking forward to my next visit!
You go into the doors and you are immediately greeted by the soft-spoken men behind the counter, a clear Texan accent radiated. Immediately the smell of smoke and meat covers you. The food is excellent and the portions are hearty. For the amount of food you receive, the price cannot beat; I spent $22 for 3 meats, 2 sides and a coke. The place is immaculate and clean. They are some of the best, real grill in the area and I hope they are flowering! I'm back, and I'll make sure I can take them all!
Where do I begin... I came across this place almost by accident but I am so glad I did. I live in NY and every time I am in the neighborhood I make it my business to stop by. Their food is fantastic and they always go over the top to make me feel like one of the family. Brisket, Ribs, Chicken Great!!! Collard Greens, Potato Salad, Beans Great!!! I could go on and on about this place but instead just take a chance and try it for yourself. I doubt you will be disappointed.
If you are looking for Texas style bbq, this place is great. I had brisket and ribs. The brisket had a nice smoke ring and wasn't dry. There was sause but no need for it! The ribs pulled cleanly from the bone and were moist. The sides and peach cobbler were also great. Highly advise a visit!

Excellent Texas Style BBQ, among the best I ever had. The Brisket was the star of the show for me, but even the sides were amazing. Their homemade bbq sauce was good, but the meat was so amazing by itself that I didn't want to mask it with the sauce. Definitely coming back!
The flavors were delicious and beautifully balanced, with subtle aromas that didn't overwhelm with too much sauce. The beans, Slavic dishes, and mac and cheese were all spot on. The sponge was light and crisp, yet bursting with flavor.
The brisket was amazing! The service was excellent, but the highlight was definitely the barbecue sauce served on the side!
