Yes, they did offer a few vegan options, but I unfortunately picked the wrong one. I ordered the vegetable platter, and the tofu was drenched in grease. The black beans and rice were bland and lacked flavor. Many reviewers are correct about the noise level during lunch; it’s extremely loud, making it difficult to have a business conversation. It's clear that they are currently understaffed, as the same person who takes your order is also responsible for making the drinks, which slows down the whole process.
I would love to give this place 5 stars, but since they offer some meat dishes, I can't. The tempeh sandwich and tofu plates are absolutely delicious! The jicama slaw is divine. Just a heads up, the portions are quite large! The staff is very knowledgeable about vegan and gluten-free diets. The plantains sweetened with agave are also a treat. They do not use honey.
I have to admit that I didn't have much experience with Cuban food before going vegan. However, the tempeh plate I tried was outstanding. It had a flavor reminiscent of blackening, which was delightful. The rice and beans served with it, along with the spicy slaw, were also fantastic.
Love the Cuban influence in the platos of blackened tempeh, beans and rice, spicy slaw and plantains. Order from the counter, and then wait for the SCREAM of your name (it would be nice if they had numbers on the table instead of the scream!

Such a good find for one sandwhich it filled me up and satisfied me and made me feel very good! Really good taste, left me wanting more. The staff is knowledgeable of vegan and she told me what I could get!
I’ve typically had issues with the food being dry here. The tofu sandwich tends to be more juicy than the tempeh in my experience!
The Vegan tofu Cuban sandwich was beyond amazing. I am from Miami and would put it right up there with the best. The bread… wow!
I asked the person at the bar if they had vegan options and she was ready. I chose an option, it was filling and satisfying.

We tried both the vegetarian and the Tempe sandwiches. Both are fantastic. Go with the Tempe if you like spice
