Hotel Bodegón was the perfect choice for our brief stay in Peñíscola. The property is not one of the towering high-rise monsters that crowd the beachfront. It's an older, property that fits in much better with its beachfront surroundings. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, and the restaurant was just what we needed. But by far, the best feature of this property is its owners/managers, Christian and Jacqueline. They were helpful and chatty and enjoyed our conversations as much as we did. I would stay here again and look forward to our next visit to Peñíscola. Bravo!
the very good service we spent in the afternoon we wanted to eat. But the kitchen was closed and the waiter told him that my wife was sick and needed to eat because she was weakened, they prepared us something fast. good gesture and tonight we certainly go back to dinner and an excellent service of the two waiters. very attentive and kind. We will definitely come back.
We've been in peñíscola for a few days and this has been our restaurant for lunch and dinner. very good attention and exquisite food. To eat both the tongue and the bass are a very good choice and to eat we have tried the black rice and the rice of the lord, with either of the two secure locks.
As always we had a great stay at this lovely family run hotel. The home made sangria is delicious and the food hasn't let us down yet. Location is fabulous and as you are surrounded by resident s it is quieter than the other parts of the beach.
