I have been a loyal customer of this restaurant since 2017 and always enjoyed a friendly atmosphere and a great night out. However, after a negative encounter with a staff member named Jade, I have decided not to return to this establishment. My friend and I ordered coffee, snacks, and drinks which were satisfactory. When it came time to pay, I informed Jade that we would not be paying the service charge. This resulted in Jade raising her voice at me, questioning our decision, and expressing her belief in the importance of the service charge. This disrespectful behavior left me feeling shocked and disappointed. As a result, my friend and I will not be returning to this restaurant.
