The duck came out in two separate vessels, one for the skin and some meat under and the other one contained the duck and skin slices. The skins were indeed crispy and you can tell it was freshly made. The Peking duck has a very mild flavor compared to the Cantonese version of roasted duck which has a more gamy flavor. The meat, as Shirley H. wrote in her review, is mild in flavor, different from the Cantonese version or the smoked tea duck that I prefer. I like that they use the traditional thin crepes for the dish; it's served along with the shredded cucumber, beets, and green onions. In addition, the duck order comes with a choice of a dish made with the bone either soup with duck bones, tofu, and Napa cabbage, or deep fry salt pepper duck bones. A must reservation restaurant! Pro : The flavor is very strong, the roast duck ,garlic beef and sweet and sour fish is delicious! Con : The waiting area is very bad. The whole world will squeeze in at the area next to the dining area. It is because the restaurant does not have a mic to call the waiting customer and everyone is afraid of missing the seat they reserved. They push each other and even hit the diners who are already sitting. The waiter carries around the hot pot on top of hot stove with fire! I concern that the diners may be get burned at any time. Also, the receptionist will not respond for any complaints!
We went for peking duck and were pleasantly surprised by their other dishes as well. Pecking duck is to rage for, as expected. But their lamb soup, potato appetizer, stir fry chili lamb were all very delicious. We went for dinner on a weekday and it was still packed so beware. Parking is also quite difficult around the area but we were able to find one parking spot at a nearby lot. For pecking duck, you need to order at least 2 hrs in advance so make sure to give them a call before you go.

Amazing food. Ordered the beef and the string beans with eggplant. All of it was cooked to perfection. I mixed all the food together, had a side of steamed rice and destroyed it. Only problem I have is that I didn't get more.
