Went in to see what it is like. Atmosphere was nice, laid back etc. Staff very pleasant and friendly. Had hot chocolate and a butter tart. Hot Chocolate was very good not sweet but creamy but was almost cold. I had whipped cream on top...which was really good. Thought of getting them to zap in microwave but didn't think zapping whipped cream would be a good idea. Butter tart was very good, Pastry not too thick lots of filling. I think another time I would have that zapped a little also. Will definitely give it another try.
This is one of my Saturday treats. They make a proper sized (not an oversized, underpowered imposter) espresso with a taste that lingers on the palate afterwards. And at a decent price as well! Same holds true for their other coffees as well. Can’t speak...for the food, but they are constantly busy with a strong cadre of regulars, so you know they’re doing something right.
I tried here for a change, it has WIFI and I was able to get a tea and settle down in a comfortable chair with am excellent pastry. The place is very popular with the LGBT community, who hold event there every so often, well...worth going along!

we keep on the way to haliburton who needs a good coffee and we found him. fantastic coffee a gluten-free tasty. very good service, pleasant staff. we look forward to our next visit in lindsay.

in two places I ordered vanilla lattes had a bitter after the taste, which today was like all milk barely coffee or vanilla taste
