My friend recommended this place, claiming it was really good, so we decided to check it out for lunch. We arrived around midday and had to wait about 30 minutes for a table—not too bad, but still a bit of a wait. Once seated, I ordered a large Taiwanese soup with steamed rice and an onsen egg. The soup bowl was generous, easily enough for two people. However, I found there was very little meat in it, so we decided to order extra pork belly on the side. The restaurant was quite busy, with a constant stream of customers waiting for tables. The food tasted okay, but it wasn't exceptional. I wouldn't mind coming back to try a different soup, but I definitely wouldn't wait 30 minutes for a table...
overpriced food with a terrible wait! I was here twice, and I wait every time. Came here before 5:00 and it was waiting 30 minutes. Came here at 610 and it was a 90-minute waiting time. No good place for groups. The outside heating is not warm enough. The service was nothing to rave. Milk tea was average and expensive. I'm not going back here, even if my friends want to come here. This is not really a hotpot place, but a place that has soup bowls that can be kept warm with a fire underneath. The place only allows a credit card. Me and my family love this place!!!! Some days the bowls can be inconsistent in terms of the meat sometimes the beef Ivan be crumbled/crumbly over cooked I come here 1-2x a week with my family and just yesterday was my most best experience. The meat was perfectly cooked, full slices, perfectly done. I was told KEVIN was the cook and was so good!!!! Piko always serves us and he’s so nice and accommodating, 10/10 recommended if Kevin is cooking and Piko is serving!!! Always smooth, and easy lunch and dinner spot
Customer service needs to be improved. Wait time is always long and even when you get in, it will take another 20-25 mins for the food. The food is good but the atmosphere is not impressive.

Weird awful smell and very bad aftertaste. Was up all night with diarrhea after eating at restaurant in Bellevue. Very overpriced, very awful food.
No gluten free options. Asked at the beginning of reserving a table was told yes waited 40 min to be told they don't have these options.
I like how the miso soup version has a savory sweet taste and matches the pork and seafood elements.
