Like many fast food restaurants these days, this location is understaffed and slow. I 100% blame management, both local and corporate.The dining room was dirty, the beverage dispenser had no syrup, and the wait time was disappointing.Either increase salaries to get more help or close the restaurant until you’re properly staffed. Experiences like this will cause your customers to go elsewhere.Oh, and the food was over salted and/or overcooked. A disappointing first Bojangles experience for two members of my group who have been hearing about how great their food is.
The food at this restaurant is consistently delicious, however the setting was very unsettling. There were young individuals loitering in the lobby and a homeless person sleeping at one of the tables. We were not greeted upon entering and the bathrooms were very dirty. The temperature inside was uncomfortably warm, which made me feel uneasy throughout the entire visit. I suggest using the drive-thru if you decide to dine here.
the table where the soda machine looked disgusting. as if it had not been cleaned during the day. the employees looked and pretended they didn't care for their job. it is a shame that the chicken bite and the koleslaw were good. this special restaurant must be cleaned and revitalized.
Customer service is horrible. The young man behind the counter definitely looked like he hated his job and servicing people. The food was not good at all. Definitely won’t go back to this location.

The service was fast! The food was great, especially the cookies which were amazing! The restaurant had a vintage feel and was well-kept.
SO SLOWW ! it’s ridiculous! this for whoever manager.. IF YALL KNOW ITS BOUT TO BE LUNCH TIME HAVE EVERYTHING READY… unprofessional
I get only sausages that are always great, but the creation of some employees is a little funny. they get a star for it.
Worst service ever!!! Waited in line for 30-40 min don’t come here if you can avoid it
