Like many fast food restaurants these days, this location is understaffed and slow. I 100% blame management, both local and corporate.The dining room was dirty, the beverage dispenser had no syrup, and the wait time was disappointing.Either increase salaries to get more help or close the restaurant until you’re properly staffed. Experiences like this will cause your customers to go elsewhere.Oh, and the food was over salted and/or overcooked. A disappointing first Bojangles experience for two members of my group who have been hearing about how great their food is.
Don't be fooled by the grim soils and shady surroundings. These people make fast food right. I ordered a whole family meal consisting of 20 mice chicken, 10 bush, four medium-sized sides, and two half gallons sweet tea. All this was put into my hands in less than 10 minutes. When I finally came home, the food was still warm. We dig in and everyone agrees that the food is good, but the chicken, the chicken is the true bread earner. Also, I recommend to Bos sauce for what you buy!!
the table where the soda machine looked disgusting. as if it had not been cleaned during the day. the employees looked and pretended they didn't care for their job. it is a shame that the chicken bite and the koleslaw were good. this special restaurant must be cleaned and revitalized.
Customer service is horrible. The young man behind the counter definitely looked like he hated his job and servicing people. The food was not good at all. Definitely won’t go back to this location.
traveled to lunch. no salate. bummer. service very slow, short hand. I enjoy salat there, will go to other bojangles, will not go there in the future.

I get only sausages that are always great, but the creation of some employees is a little funny. they get a star for it.
Worst service ever!!! Waited in line for 30-40 min don’t come here if you can avoid it
