I have been to Bollo a couple times now and it has been very consistent. They have a ton of vegetarian options, but obviously I'm vegan so that doesn't count for me. As for vegan options, they have several of those as well. They offer vegan daiya cheese and make a great vegan pizza. There are also a bunch of salad options and several pasta dishes that can be made vegan. You have to speak up here and ask and you will be sure to find something you love that is vegan friendly. Restaurant atmosphere is nice too.
amazing gluten-free pizza crust, great taste and texture. probably one of the best GF crusts I had- also good as this pizza is not cheap. the whole pizza is full of taste, but not so fat that it makes it sick at the end. service was good, we never ran out of water when they constantly came around for refilling. not even sweat, every time I took one, they would come, fill the cup up again.
Excellent!! Let me start by saying that Italian food is not my favorite but a colleague recommended this restaurant and it didn't disappoint. Their marinara sauce is the best by far. Also get the calzone. Never heard of it but I like it now. All the pizza we ordered tasted great. And we're big on good service. Their staff all have positive vibes. Definitely going back.
Dined in with family on a Friday night. No wait time yet restaurant was fairly full. Good place to hangout with Family and friends. Service was fast and food tasted equally good. Had Mozzarella sticks and Margherita pizza. Loved both. Will definitely visit again and recommend others.

What a great experience we had here at Bollo! We came here for my friend’s birthday and everything was so smooth! Our waiter was very kind and the host was also great! Mozzarella was good and yummy. Their garlic fries was perfectly crisp to the end :
I have the capriciosa pizza, lobster ravioli and calamari. the pizza and ravioli were excellent and had a lot of taste. I'm not a fan of Italian food, but I could appreciate all the different flavors here. great drinks and super fast service
Absolutely delicious, lobster ravioli, $5 margarita, fettuccine alfredo, and capresse salad everything was absolutely delicious, service was amazing! I can’t wait to go again and try their pizza!
