Being an Indian, it's definitely the best authentic Indian food cooked by the chefs from Delhi. Curries were not oily, and the spice level of the curry was just right. The food was definitely catered for my Indian taste buds, although the chicken curries were slightly mild for my Irish friend who has the tendancy of eating very chillie food that my taste buds can't take. This place had stood out to our group whilst checking out the review and being around the area. Busy establishment specially on a Friday where we had to wait for at least 40mins to get a table for 7, this being already 9pm. We ordered the a mix of vegetarian and meat dishes and the ones that stood out were the Bhindi and the Chicken biryani. Pretty disappointed with the service time, we got drinks at start but then took almost 30mins to get our dinner order upon which everything else took it's time ..if it's a busy restaurant you should at least have more staff or handle it better to not make people wait for that long... it was our second visit to bollywood and both of them we enjoyed our meal very much, it is busy and people around us seemed to moan that their dishes lasted too long, but I must say that we never had this problem and on the first visit the waitress said that they expected a big group to try to order a bit alive before they arrived. next time we go back to santa eulalia we will book another visit in our first night, always book in advance, as we saw that many people turn away as they were fully booked.
The mango lassi was delicious. The chicken tikka tasted very good. Service was attentive and courteous. When we arrived at 8pm in the evening without a reservation, the front row of tables was occupied (reserved). We were given one of these tables, we were told it was an exception. I recently had the pleasure of dining at Bollywood. The food showcased the true flavors of India. The menu offered a wide selection of traditional dishes, well-balanced flavors. Service and vibrant ambiance was cool. It gets busy fairly quickly. I recommend this restaurant to anyone in search of Indian restaurant. the food was in order, location excellent, but the service was the weakest point, the short hair wait was very rude and had the mask without covering the nase, we had to wait a lot for the menu for the dishes when the dishes came it was not ours. it was a mess, though there was waitress. we do not repeat.
So. I feel that, placed between fine dining restaurants and various bars, this restaurant is missing some of the hype it deserves. Great Indian cooking, well staffed, and fast serving for larger groups. Needless to say we will visit this place again. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Excellent food and great location. Certainly better than so called Indian and not so Indian restaurants in UK If you like Indian food,it's a must in Ibiza
