I highly recommend giving this restaurant a 5-star rating! The food was absolutely amazing, with rich and textured flavors that elevated Indian cuisine to a new level. I have never tasted Indian food this delicious before, except maybe in Berlin. If you love street food, this place is a must-try. The restaurant has a hidden gem of a vibe, and apparently hosts Baladi Fridays and Saturdays. We attended a birthday party on a Sunday night and it was the perfect setting to relax, have great conversations, and enjoy delicious cocktails. I highly recommend this restaurant for dinner, with prices ranging from CA$30-40 per person. The food, service, and overall atmosphere all deserve a perfect 5-star...
Horrible food experience. I don?t even know if they have any authentic Indian cuisine chef in their Kitchen. The butter chicken looked like a Kadhi, i double checked the order after looking at it. Roti?s were hard. Mixed vegetables should be called Cabbage fry as it had 90% cabbage. Every single item we tried was pathetic, we ended up throwing 79 dollars worth of food. Not sure how they are getting these fine ratings and if anyone eating at their place knows about Indian cuisine. I feel petty for them. Totally worthless, not recommended at all to anyone.
I used to love Bollywood, an Indian restaurant on the South Shore of Quebec. Unfortunately, my recent experience was a disappointment. The channa masala was burnt and lacked flavor. To make matters worse, they now charge extra for rice and naan. I paid $20 for a small portion of lamb in sauce without any side dishes. I won't be returning. Goodbye Bollywood, it's been real. Very nice restaurant with a beautiful decoration. Food and service was amazing. I got the best chicken tikka masala that I ever had ! There was w belly dance show, the girl was dancing beautifully, my 1 year old daughter was impressed by her show. Second time eating and our experience is always wonderful. Staff is the sweetest, food is copious and delicious, the favourite butter chicken is incredible. Would love to come back and try their drinks also. Thanks for a great service.
