Bolyard's Meat Provisions

I have been shopping at Bolyards since they opened and I am a faithful fan. Chris introduced me to the mouse cut of the sirloin and it is amazing! I am hesitant to reveal this because I am afraid there will be a run on them and it will be harder for me to get one. I cook it like a tenderloin (sear and roast to 129 and it never disappoints. You can also soak the steaks (1.5-2 inches thick in red wine, salt and pepper and grill to perfection. Enjoy and please don 't buy them out ;

Friendly staff and the food is amazing! We love the various sandwiches and this time we tried the new burgers they had and they are fantastic. Tallow fries were really good and the gochujang aioli recommended by the guy taking our order, complemented them well. Love the excel lucky cola on the fountain. Highly recommend.

Cannot say enough good things about this place. Fantastic and always friendly butchers, and the kitchen food is wonderful. Best fries in the area, and they support local foods. I just had the burnt end breakfast and it was so good it made me want to finally write a review.

Loved the sandwiches and tallow fries! Bought some bologna and short ribs so beautiful. Can’t wait to taste them. Found our new butcher!

Great meat to eat! Choice of dips for the fries is a nice touch.
