We decided unfortunately to order a take away from this restaurant as we had been at friends a couple of weeks before and the food we ordered from here was delicious. Last night we placed an order costing £83 at 550, initially on the online delivery it said 75 minutes to deliver which we were fine, but then changed to 90 minutes which again we were fine with. By 8pm and well overdue the delivery time, my husband phoned and was told it would be with us shortly. I phoned as had a concern how warm the food would be when it was delivered and was told it would be fine. Called the restaurant after 830, as still no delivery and decided to cancel as we were hungry and I had a child needing fed. Spok...
I had a wonderful experience at the Bombay Lounge. The food and service were excellent. The only downside was that our drinks arrived warm without ice, which was disappointing. The ambience was delightful, and I will definitely be returning soon. The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly, always smiling and making us feel at ease. Overall, a fantastic restaurant - well done to everyone at the Bombay Lounge.
We ordered food from here in advance via Just Eat and we were given a delivery slot for 8:45 pm. We knew they would be busy as it’s a Saturday night however we didn’t appreciate the staff telling us that it was on route, when it hadn’t even left! 1 hour and 15 mins late and cold! Not a good experience after being told that the food was ready only to be told that it wasn’t 45 minutes later. Dissatisfied customer
The food was excellent overall. The curries were very spicy and we had to request some yoghurt! The Madras curry was much spicier than what we're used to in England, but we still found it very enjoyable. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
I loved the attention to detail through our Bombay experience. From creative detail added to the food, professional service, and warm hospitality the whole experience is truly unique.

Ordered takeaway twice and both times waited two hours plus for our food. Restaurant never answered the phone when we called to find out where the food was. Very disappointed
