I visited this restaurant today and unfortunately, I was quite disappointed. The rice was undercooked, which was a letdown. The woman who took our order didn't mention that adding noodles to our hibachi meal would cost an extra $7; it felt like we were pushed into adding them. There were three adults and two babies in our party, and she informed us that an 18% gratuity would be added because we were a party of five. I wasn’t aware that restaurants charge for babies as well. In the end, we had three hibachi dinners and our bill came to $180.
I took three eighth graders here on a whim, and our experience was fantastic! Our server was attentive and friendly, while the hibachi chef was engaging and entertaining. We all ordered the chicken with extra noodles and Japanese sodas. The food was flavorful and plentiful; we even ended up taking home some leftovers. I'm surprised to see so many low reviews, but they seem to be from quite a few years ago. It looks like things have really improved! I will definitely return; it was such a fun treat and reasonably priced.
I had a fantastic experience with my family and kids at this restaurant. From the service to the food and the atmosphere, everything was excellent. The prices are very reasonable compared to other Hibachi places in the area, and I will definitely be returning with more family members. We visited on a Saturday night at 5:30 and were pleasantly surprised to find no wait. The kids had a blast with Baby Saki. They handled our orders perfectly, accommodating allergies and special requests.
Wow, I had the teriyaki steak tonight and it was absolutely amazing! It was so tender that I could cut it with a fork. I loved every bite. If you're looking for a great drink to accompany your meal, you have to try their mojitos – they're the best! The steamed dumplings are also delicious. You should definitely check this place out; you won’t be disappointed!

Food was just ok , not pleasant server.i ordered a salmonskin roll as one of my roles...and there were BONES In the cut up making roll Gross !!! I have been eating sushi for 35 years. And never had bones. If you want Real Sushi I suggest Kiku sushi In stamford it's superb. Btw there prices are high as well.
Bond grill is a good spot for Asian food! They support the local high school!! Which is admirable for 15 years!! Let's show our support. The service is top notch!
The food was not seasoned well at all. The service was mediocre they up charge you for noodles and the ambiance is old and dated. I found a fly in my miso soup.
Their new sushi chef is amazing! Also, the bartender made good recommendations on drinks and was very social. Highly recommend!
