The food was great, but the service left something to be desired. Our server was inexperienced and had to check with her supervisor about moving our table away from the draft by the door. Additionally, she forgot to bring one of our dishes but still included it on the bill. Despite that, we all enjoyed our ramen. The total came to £113 for four people, which is a bit pricey for what it is, but it’s a decent spot to grab a meal. I've heard that other locations have much better service.
We waited for 40 minutes before we were able to place our drink order. The first glasses we received had lipstick and food residue on them, and when we asked the waitress for replacements, she brought us "new" glasses that were actually the same ones. It took us another 20 minutes to place our food order. Eventually, we had to get up and search for someone to assist us with the bill. The staff seemed disinterested and unwilling to help.
10/10 recommend, you come here for an amazing Ramen you get an exceptional Ramen, the best broth I’ve tasted and there have been a few. Limited options but you do it well. Korean wings were fantastic, Bau Buns were also great I will be back soon.
looked right next to the kitchen, where in a Japanese ramen bar the two cook Romanian music burst. there was no other music throughout the restaurant. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Food was good…tasty Korean wings were a highlight. Ramen noodles could have done with a little more seasoning. Staff were excellent.
The food was delicious, and there were plenty of options to customize your dish. The rolls were outstanding!
Amazing food and great staff! Will definitely be coming back.
