Went there February 15th on a cold Saturday evening. We didn't want to wait for table as it was crowded so we opted for seating near the bar, first come first serve. It was incredibly cold in there and asked several times for the heat to be turned up, to no avail. The food took a long time to come out, which i wouldn't have minded usually, but it was cold in there. My salmon was over cooked and dry, the portion was small for the price. My wife's food was good but nothing to write home about. The one redeeming quality about the evening was that the staff was very nice and friendly. They turned the damn heat up just as we started walk out. Won't be going back any time soon.
I have been going to Bonefish Grill in Poughkeepsie for years, despite the long drive. The food, service, and atmosphere are consistently excellent. It feels more upscale than a typical chain restaurant. My partner and I dined there on a special occasion and our server, John, was fantastic. We returned for another meal and were greeted by our favorite server, Rick, for our anniversary dinner. It happened to be Martini Monday, so I indulged in the $5 winter white cosmos. I absolutely love this place!
I have consistently had excellent experiences dining at Bonefish. The staff is fast, efficient, and knowledgeable about the menu items. The food is consistently well-prepared, flavorful, and beautifully presented. I have sampled many dishes and they have all been fantastic, with the Bang Bang Shrimp being a stand-out favorite. This restaurant is perfect for a family dinner, drinks with friends, or simply a wonderful dining experience.
Good food and service. You can never go wrong with Bang Bang Shrimp! The kitchen became backed up when we were there, causing everyone to wait exceptionally long for meals. The server was apologetic and continued to do her best. Although the stuffed shrimp on my plate were a bit cold, the rest of my meal was delicious. We will be back again! my wife and son took me to birthday and couldn't be happier. eating was delicious and courtney our server was really a pleasure. had the steak and stuffed garnel that was perfect. divided the bang we loved. they brought a free piece of cake that was excellent, and a birthday card and gift for bang garnel when we go back. great place in every sense!
diane was my waitress was amazing. the restaurant was quite busy, but she took the time to make sure that we freshly our drinks brot fast. she took our order and offered suggestions. even with us, she made us feel like a family. when the food came out, it was very delicious. I wrote a picture of the spicy thunfish bowl. we're coming back.
Usually this is one of my favorite go to places...not today. I ordered the cod fish imperial. The cod fish was dried and crispy, my broccoli was over cooked soft and mushy and the garlic potatoes looked brown. I will not be returning for a while. The restaurant has somewhat changed as in the taste of the food. Very bland.
