J'en avais entendu parler sur une revue de rue89 à propos des nouveaux torréfacteurs lyonnais et je n'ai pas été déçu! Propriétaire passionné et patient, qui sait écouter nos critères et s'adapter à nos goûts, dégustation sur place, et surtout... cafe excellent! (Indonésie Mandheling) J'ai pris 4 cafés différents pour tester, ce shop va devenir un de mes lieux de fourniture pour le cafe en grains, c'est certain!
