The food was absolutely delicious, unfortunately the service was the ABSOLUTE WORST! Paloma, our waitress was unprofessional and lacked common courtesy. It took almost 30 min to get our drinks, and did not come to check up on us. This was not the issue, we asked to get our bill and waited another 10 min as we made eye contact to get her attention. We had to ask her manager to get us the check after 15 min of waiting. Paloma then goes off and flick us off as her manager was speaking to her addressing her lack of service to our table of only 4, granted this was before we even spoke to the manager. As a customer seeing this is NOT OK!!!It’s a shame that the experience trumped the delicious food...

It took nearly 30 minutes just to get our drinks, and she never checked on us during the meal. When we asked for the bill, we waited another 10 minutes trying to catch her attention. I’m visiting from Oregon, and my niece brought my sisters and me here for lunch. I’d heard so many great things about this place, especially the Cilantro Pistachio—and it did not disappoint! The food was absolutely amazing, and the service was top-notch. I had the ham and cheese along with a cup of pistachio soup—oh my goodness, it was incredible. For my drink, I chose the peach guava tea, and I could have easily finished a whole pitcher. My sister ordered an Americano Latte and couldn’t stop raving about how delicious her coffee was. "Lukewarm" is the best word to describe both the service and the quality here. They may create beautiful, Instagram-worthy backdrops, but if they leave you waiting for an unreasonably long time before taking your order, it reflects poorly on the experience. Even more frustrating was that our food arrived almost immediately but was at best lukewarm. Unfortunately, I won't be returning. The menu has great potential to offer delicious dishes, but poor service and tepid food will ultimately drive customers away.
I had the croque madame and it was absolutely delicious! You can watch them bake their bread right on site, and the ambiance is fantastic. The service was very friendly. However, I wasn't a fan of the pastries since they are the cold, hard variety, and I prefer warm, soft desserts. Still, it's worth a try—definitely ask for their recommendations! I also tried their brown sugar latte, which was delightful.
We’ve been here a few times and my sister and I are never disappointed. Love the vibe, the food is tasty and the portions are good. It’s a little pricey but definitely worth it.
Our waitress was a complete C U Next Tuesday… This place has horrible staff. Do not waste your money at this unprofessional, ungrateful establishment.
