This place was worthy enough of a review. I typically only write reviews if a place is really good, or really bad. This place is amazing, worth a visit. Very relaxed, beer garden vibe. Enough space to set up a yard game. Staff inside to order a beer were having fun together, singing with the music playing, while still being efficient getting your beer quickly. Beer was delicious! Tomorrow's forecast and the huckleberry wheat my favorites. Fruity wheats can be a little too sweet if done poorly, this one is done perfectly. Food truck/stand outside served the best food I've had at a brewery ever. They have fancied up hot dogs to poke bowls. Delicious. Out of the three craft breweries we visited...
Great outdoor dining area with lots of shady spots to enjoy a pint and grab a bite. Beers are available in tasting flights of four, or by the pint or half pint glass, they also fill growlers. The beers on offer have something for everyone, including: blond, IPA, wheat, shandy, and more (we particularly liked the huckleberry wheat). Menu includes options from the grill including burgers, hot dogs, and chicken as well as some tasty salads and bowls. Dog friendly outdoors. Space indoors is available as well for colder months, but while the weather holds outside is the place to be.
This was our first stop in town and we are so glad we came here first. The beer was amazing and the food was delicious. I especially loved the pasta salad. My mom has a gluten intolerance and was bummed when she found out there wasn’t a seltzer or cider option. HOWEVER, the honey blonde has less gluten content so my mom tried it. She had no tummy issues hours after or the next day, which was awesome. I’m pretty sure my family and I tried everything on the menu and even came back the next day for a “drink break”. Definitely recommend.
bonsai is the brewery from which dreams are made. they spend a day after the day, who touches on their constantly changing and creative selection in the hof with their friends, children and dogs. pony to the bar where they feel safe as if a child has gathered around the kitchen table of their best friend. eating is fantastic, the beer is better and the staff is the absolute best.

Do you like beer? Do you sometimes enjoy beer but only if it's good beer? If so, go here. Everything we tried was great! We ended up leaving with 2 growlers. If you're nearby, this is an absolute must visit brewery. The food at the grill was also excellent. Even better, the beer garden is dog friendly!
The beer is amazing! I really appreciate being able to sit outside with my dogs and soak up the sun while enjoying a tasty brew. Just be aware that parking is limited, so try to come before peak hours.
Beer and food was excellent, staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely stop in again on our next visit to Montana! If you are ever in the area check them out. You won't be disappointed.
