I have been a consistent customer to this cafe for the last 4 years and I love everything that it stands for, it is truly an example of how to give back to a community this is in such a high need! Last week on Monday (7/11) I visited the cafe with a colleague who is also an avid customer and when we left she stated I feel like I am always paying extra when she (the female shift manager or staff member who orders the inventory) makes my coffee. We both paid $7 change for small iced lattes with flavor. Today I purchased the same iced latte with caramel for $5 change. I am okay with paying $7 or $5 I would just like to pay the same price every time. The hours of the cafe show that they open at...
wow, this place is the definition of community love and a safer place for all offer amazing coffee and fresh bake croissants are delicious) and other food options have to try their breakfast sandwich $5ish) omelette, waffel and so on. they also have summer-frozen cocktails. the prices are lower than other places around nyc and very affordable! Moreover, they keep poetry evenings open for local artists to express themselves and share their art, local suppliers sell their products and only a safe space for the community. we always came to our coffee mix and a few breakfast bites. I recommend this place very much!
absolutely fantastic space led by good people; we saw that they had a special event with a legendary graffiti artist in the first night we came to the city. it was a little late, but the owner and the staff made us feel at home and made sure that our children came out and met the artist, heard him talk about his work. also eating was great above all the panini and wings and drinks excellent but really stop them here for the vibe. the people. the eating .. and part of the quality they are to the bronx
amazing coffee shop. only a real coffeeshop for a meile around. decoration underlines the beauty and history of the bronx with signs of old company, artistic work of musicians, art and literature unique in the opposite as well. service is excellent, has a double expression of rodney early in the morning. will definitely be back to eat and drink her. espresso tasted amazing. I guess I went on the wrong day to this place. The cashier seemed in a rush to take my order. The 3 people after me got their food before myself and my daughter. The cashier called one of them by their name and looked at me, as if he knew he messed up. Our grilled cheese was not hot nor did it taste good. The coffee was okay. Nice place but not going again.
I love this cafe! They have a variety of tea options, which I really like because I am a tea drinker at heart. Also they have delicious pastries and paninis! This over any dunkin donuts in the area. The staff are extremely passionate about their work and the community as well. I had a wonderful chat with Junior, who is simply amazing! I highly recommend!
Small selection, but still a great place to gather. Music vibes and staff were on point. I had ridden by this place plenty if times, but didn't get a chance to visit until I ran with Bx Mile Stylers for their regular Wednesday night 7PM run. I would highly recommend this place. Great Sangria too.

I enjoy ordering a boogie down grind coffee and a bake at this restaurant. The espresso is rich and the baked goods are delicious. Yum!
