I ordered from the app for pickup and my Southwest burger was extremely overcooked and did not come with the avocado crema. The potato side was not very good either. I had to wait 10 minutes before being helped, and had to ask a girl wearing glasses from the bar for assistance. To make matters worse, when I tried to speak with a man who I thought was the manager about the issue, he seemed upset and simply asked what he could do for me. This was the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant.

We were seated promptly, but unfortunately, things went downhill from there. We experienced a long wait for service and when we spoke to the supposed manager, Stephan, he seemed indifferent. Despite wanting to enjoy the restaurant, we have no plans to return.

the waiting time for a table for 7 on Sunday during the football season was surprisingly short. we waited for an hour for our food and had to ask for refils. the food was good.

Everything was good but the service was really great. I felt bad to ask about all the changes but the manager and waitress were very nice about it.

Loved the wings and the atmosphere. Even though it was Friday night and busy, the service was still good and the waiter was friendly.
