I unfortunately had a negative experience with Jo. When she served me my drink, I took a sip from the straw and asked if I could get the rest of the drink instead of wasting it. To my surprise, she refused, explaining that they allow for waste and that I got what I paid for. I was taken aback and mentioned that other Boost stores fill the cup completely, so why should it be poured down the sink? I asked a few more times, but received rude responses each time. It seems common sense would dictate giving the customer what they want. Overall, I was disappointed with Jo's service.
