I visit this Booster Juice location every day for smoothies. When I arrived at 7:30 PM and ordered my usual, I noticed the woman working didn't include yogurt. I asked her to add it, but she refused, saying she had already put it away. When I pointed out that they close at 9 PM and it was still early, she begrudgingly asked if I wanted her to add it. I said yes, but she responded with attitude and walked to the fridge, seemed annoyed as she took the lid off and scooped some out, then returned with a dirty look. I stumbled upon these reviews and could not ignore the review given by Zambri . What a coincidence that I entered the store at the same time as this gentleman . Although I did not witness the entire interaction, I walked inside the store and this man wasrefusing the employee 's request for him to wear a mask. I left the store because he became very aggressive with the employeesand made me feel uncomfortable. I did, however, witness the interaction outside the store and I was impressed to see howprofessional the young ladies were to continue to serve this man and accommodate him regardless of his behaviour. If I could give this place a zero I would. The manager is rude and has an attitude. I asked to blend a juice with ice and she implied I was getting more product. I did not ask for more juice i asked for ice. She was loud and couldn 't explain herself cause no matter what she said they was no way of explaining her theory to make sense. Even the custoners behind me agreed that she made no sense was making a big deal about ice. Ice been to several locations across the city never have I ever had an issue with this. Its friggin adding ice. NOT JUICE.

I would give this place zero stars if possible. The manager was rude and had a bad attitude. When I requested my juice to be blended with ice, she implied that I was trying to get extra product. I've visited many Booster Juice locations around the city and never encountered a problem like this before. It’s just adding ice, not juice.
This is a review in regards to the one placed by ?Anthony?. I was at this location on the date that this male was referring too and his statement is gravely false. The employees that were working were nothing but professional. This male refused to wearhis mask and should be ashamed of how he treated these teenage employees. Great work ladies, keep it up!
The girls working at this establishment have been very professional and kind. Although the owner or manager was not. First bad experience and it was with the person who should be in charge. It?s a shame as you are supposed to be a role model for theyounger generation but unfortunately that is not how the manger/owner handled themselves. Be better.
I’ve been to numerous Booster Juice locations, but this one stands out as the best! The staff consistently remembers my order and prepares it perfectly every time. The owners and employees are exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making the entire experience enjoyable. Plus, their menu offers great variety to satisfy any craving.

I requested blueberries to be added to my drink and was charged an additional fee. I also paid for an extra scoop of whey protein, but when my drink was blended, the extra protein was discarded, wasting both my money and the product. They could use some training on portion control. I’ll be avoiding this place in the future.
