I came very close to rating a 3 just because I did not care for the food. However, given that the place was so clean and the staff was so incredibly sweet and nice, I would not have felt right. We simply had cheeseburgers (with various toppings) and fries. The fries were very mushy and limp with oil and they were, what I considered to be, inedible. The burger is better than Five Guys. The shake is the best there is. The fries should be turned over to FEMA and handled as a National Disaster! This is the third time I have gone here and every time they taste like a pile of Italian trash. I ask for fries without the seasoning but there is so much contamination in their process the garlic and cheese flavor ruin what should be great fries. This time the fries were tainted and cold. I keep giving this place another chance. The food is pretty good. I love that I can eat outside with my dog by my side.But in 6 or 7 visits, my order has never -NEVER- been right. Every time it's a half-hearted apology if even. Twice, it's still been wrong after they said they'd fix it. Once they forgot my order entirely (and never apologized). I don't think I expect a lot, but customer service is simply not practiced.Hopefully they'll fix whatever is missing in management or training or quality help.
I've been to the Wyoming location years past but have since moved away. Stopped in to this location and was reminded why I liked it so much before! Family of 6, everyone loved their meals. You can tell it's all made fresh. The Buffalo bites are the best I've had, not overly breaded but flavorful and crispy. They also have ice cream which was equally great. The girls working were super friendly, and prices affordable for the portions. Will be back next time I'm in town!

There were not a lot of reviews for this place so we almost didn’t go. That would have been a mistake! I’ve eaten a lot of burgers in a little of places and this has got to be in my top 5. With the way they let you pick your toppings, if it isn’t your favorite, it’s your fault. Their toppings were fresh and delicious and their portions were more than I can eat. This was my first time here. The place is clean and had plenty of seating. The cashier who took out order was very friendly. I had the Booyah burger with extras and Sriracha bacon cheese fries, food was pretty good. Also got a Blueberry cheesecake sundae to go.
