I’ve visited this restaurant a few times for lunch, with about six months between each visit. The bar menu is excellent. All five of us were very pleased with our choices, including the pulled pork burger, the Border Dog (a gourmet hot dog, not the canine kind), and the open steak sandwich, which are some of our favorites. The staff is friendly and accommodating. It’s a great spot to relax in the afternoon with a few drinks and even place some bets.
Totally unimpressed and disappointed with the service. It took one whole hour for the food to arrive for me, and the only excuse given was it was because you ordered later than everyone else when I ordered 5 minutes after everyone else had. There was no apology for the due meal and when I asked about its whereabouts I got grossly inappropriate attitude from one of the uncaring waitresses. The food was tasty, but was wholly ruined by the service.
Delicious. Arrived in Moama, strolled the street for food. Landed on the Border Inn. Torn between the Pork Belly and the Paela I chose the Pork Belly, not disappointed. Great size, enough crackling and meat and veggies were great. My partner had the seafood basket, filled him up. I believe he enjoyed it. Friendly staff too. 27/02/2015

I just want to thank the staff here that he serves us after a stressful day. it was almost time-saving and they were happy to serve us with a smile. the food was great and atmosphere was pleasant
Great pub, great staff especially a spunky strong looking young man by the name of Charlie who went above and beyond. Highly recommended to get out of busy Echuca
Delicious food, but horrible service by the waiting staff. Also a huge wait on food with the blame put on the customer.
