I had an extremely disappointing experience at Bosphorus Istanbul. The basic Turkish dishes were unappetizing and practically inedible, leading me to return almost the entire meal. Although it was meant to be a shared dish, the portion was quite small—and honestly, that hardly mattered since the food was greasy, bland, and not enjoyable at all. When I provided honest feedback to the staff, saying I didn’t like the food, they insisted I go into detail, questioning every point I made. Since its opening, we have been dining at Bosphorus Istanbul. The food is excellent, the menu is diverse, and the staff are friendly, all at very reasonable prices. You can even bring your own wine without a corkage fee, and soft drinks are available as well. Complimentary bread and dips are provided. There are seating options both upstairs and downstairs. It's advisable to make a reservation, particularly on Friday and Saturday nights. We look forward to exploring the varied menu further and highly recommend this restaurant to our friends.
