Boston Cafe - Tisch resevieren

While "New to the area," we were advised to go to the Boston Cafe for 'Chinese Food.'What a dismal mistake! We should have reacted to the odors that hit us upon entering.The atmosphere was dismal, tables suffering and chairs questionable. What the heck, we had the recommendations of locals.'There was (supposedly) a buffet. Unfortunately I don't think anyone had explained the concept of a buffet to the restaurant.Despite being slightly in arrears of what would be the start of service for our meal, everything was tired.Selection was lacking, Colours were removed from vegetables, along with any hint of crispness. ok, but not spectacular. Had the chicken Wonton Soup and it was not wonton packets as I would have though but broken up pcs. of chicken and cooked wontons, very little greens and not a lot of flavour. Wings were ok but was not fond of the oil they were cooked in.

Efficient service, food is delicious, many of the dishes are quite original. Though will note that the place is closed on Monday and Tuesdays. Place could also use a facelift

Just two of us shared a Chinese meal that was fresh hot and tasty. Not expensive at all. Large eating area, friendly staff. Clean and bright room.
