I want to clarify that I really enjoy their chicken. However, the service is lacking. They recently introduced a new dish—unbreaded nuggets—but I had to wait over 10 minutes for them because they weren't adequately prepared. It's not a great way to promote a new product at a fast-food chain.
Told me they ran out of chicken sandwiches or didn't have them and I could barely understand what the guy was saying behind his mask bc he mumbles his words. I feel like they were lying about it and just didn't want to make them. They had everything else.
I am giving this location five stars because of the wonderful people that work there especially the lady at the cashier and the man that does the cooking. They are both super welcoming and friendly. The service is excellent. They both deserve a raise!!
The night staff was very poor. My boyfriend went in to pick up our order, but they wouldn't let him inside. The employees were sitting at tables on their phones and completely ignoring the people waiting at the door. It was an awful experience! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
NEVER ORDER ONLINE!!They are unprofessional and never communicate with the customer that the order can be canceled or that they no longer have any items and just wait for hours until the customer just gives up.
I'm happy to find that there's still a Boston Market in Bergen! If you haven't tried their roasted chicken, it's really delicious. I think it's a healthier option for fast food.
It is a pleasure and a comfortable people place. And continues to be my Favorite quick dinner spot. The Staff outstanding.
