the only reason I gave this place 2 stars is the dame that mostly took care of me. she was super, hard working and so sweet. on the other hand, whoever the nicely dressed young man I suspect is either a superior or manager was terrible. I was not greeted when I came into the door, he spoke on his phone and looked worried about the fact that I was there. he did not make much of any effort to take my order, and lied, not a menu item. Although it was not super busy, he refused to help the dame work, saying: “I am busy” and “that’s their work, not mine”. I felt really bad for the poor lady.
was only there to order half chicken, kartoffel and gravy, and a side of brokkoli. Now when you come home and make up the bag. there was absolutely zero gravy! I complained about it. the girl on the phone was as nice as she could be what I felt bad because I am as angry as I am. there and back is a big nightmare! traffic is nowhere. if they have new employees, check them and double check before they pass a meal to a customer. I worked in this load when it opened in the 90s. don't give them the excuse that there are new employees. check their work!
a few weeks ago, eating was wonderful, but the poor girl that worked the window had her hands full of a very busy night (I think her name was shana) to do everything she could when she asked her manager for help, he said her blatant that wasn't his job and left her there to take care of the dinge herself. hardworking girl! how for management can make this location much better!
Tried the new rotisserie nuggets, surprisingly they were good, unfortunately the portion size of a large order was pathetic. Apparently someone doesn't know how to service the soda fountain because all 3 varieties of Coke were diet.
