We dont expect much when we visit a place like BPs, but they failed to even live up to those low expectations. After the wait staff took our order, we literally saw them once during the next hour. My wife had to get up 3 times to ask other staff for refills, to fix things that were missed on our order and to finally ask someone for a bill so we could get out of the place. The food was so-so. The pizza tasted like the crust came frozen pre-packaged. The kids meal was disgusting, someone definitely mixed something up back in the kitchen. Imagine you ordered food totalling including a $17 salad and chicken bowls. Now imagine it was delivered without any salad dressing or bowl sauces. You call right away but no one from the store (only 5 minutes away returns with the rest of the order for over 45 minutes. Choosing to eat hot food while it’s hot leaves you with dry main courses and dry salad. Complete waste of money (on top of that an order of ribs was over cooked and dry just to put a cherry on top of our evening!
Dirty dirty dirty I was appalled at the statemof the dining room , see the pictures! Carpet is littered with food, dirty napkins etc and then look up and the ceiling vent is black with the corrugated wallpaper finish dingey, the banquette have embedded dirt in them. The food was the usual but frankly when the restaurant is dirty you kinda wonder anout the state of the kitchen where we dont see.
Located on Hwy 2, near the Tim's and the Subway, this is a great place to visit after going to the Air Museum. We got the nacho plate and it was great! The pizzas are also delicious! For the kids, the drink sizes are a little big. If your child is young, bring your own. The Wi-Fi is very strong, and easy to connect to. There is also a pokemon stop across the street.
Stopped in for lunch with a couple of buddies on monday 24. Sat right away. Asked for the bar table and not a problem. Served right away. Drinks came and orders given. The shrimp tacos are awsome. One friend had the luncheon pizza special and the other a burger, both loved them. Hats off to kitchen, food delivered hot and nice presentation. Washrooms are spotless.
Service was friendly. Make-it-yourself pasta was very good, with a tasty sauce. The pizza was very average and ordinary. The basic pizza pie appeared to be machine-made and was very bland. Slices of tomato and a few bits of mushroom were also bland. Fortunately, the sauce had some flavour. Next time, I'll try something else.
Ok, I gave this place a three out of five, that was because we were seated, then ignored. The food however was delicious! The chicken tacos are amazing! Get them! Although there are other fine establishments in Trenton, I doubt I will eat anywhere else.
Waitresses in general are very attentive. Food is very well prepared. Washrooms are clean, carpets are well vacuumed. Parking is good. A little shy of Handicapped spots only having 2.
Stopped in for a business lunch. Marlee looked after us in great fashion, food served was exactly as ordered, and hot. Great location!
