I wish I could give fewer stars than one. While my partner and I were in town for the holidays, a member of her family unexpectedly passed away. Friends of ours thoughtfully sent us a gift card to Boston Pizza for $100 as they knew there was a franchise in Yorkton and that the family would appreciate a supper they didn 't have to cook. I called to order a couple of pizzas and some starters, making it clear that I would be paying with a gift card. They told me it would be ready in half an hour. Cool. When I arrived 25 minutes later, I was told that since the total was only $76 and the gift card was $100, we would lose the remaining $24. I suspect that such a policy is inconsistent with provin...
I usually have a great experience at any BP I go to, but not this time. I went for lunch at 1:30, the place wasn't that busy, maybe 1/3 filled. Still, it took at leadt 30 -35 minutes for one my meal, just a sandwich. I wasn't given any cutlery or napkins, and the server never came by for at least 15 minutes. I had to grab my own cutlery and napkin. The meal was ok. A bit greasy and the bacon was undercooked. The cactus cut chips were good but there was such a small amount on the plate, hardly worth the extra $2 they charge. Over an hour from sitting down to even getting my bill. I usually enjoy Boston pizza. This location is not very good. Ordered a pizza for pick up at noon for 6pm. Went there to pick it up and the manager(I 'm assuming) took my payment and didn 't go get my food. Waited until almost 7 until I finally got my very cold pizza. I asked numerous times if it was ready yet and the staff would go check and not return. Was very unhappy about this and told them that and all I got was a sorry about the wait have been back since and service has been okay.. wouldn 't recommend ordering for take out that 's for sure.
We stopped on our way from Saskatoon to Manitoba. We got seated at a table right next to the kitchen in a section all by ourselves. The noise from the kitchen and the servers was overwhelming. I could barely hear my husband or our server. Then they marshalled behind us to celebrate a birthday on the other side of us. Stopped for an order of smokey Mountain spegetti and meat balls. The person that answered the phone, I had to tell him my phone number 3 time and that I wanted it To go at least 4 times. The pasta was so over cooked it was mushy and gluey. The meat balls wer almost burnt. Since the previous franchise owners left the food has gone right in the tiolet. Last time I stop there. N
The service here warrants the 1 star...it took asking 4 times and almost 45 minutes to get bread... The staff just doesn 't care about anything and the locals seem content with this level of service which is ridiculous when you consider the inflated prices. The food quality is 'okay ' and thats the extent of my praise for this place
I thought this was a cute little spot. Albeit I'm from out of town and it doesn't seem like there are many options out here. Our server was really kind and attentive. The menu is quite extensive. I did not have pizza and our food was average but not too bad. It's a great place for a drink at least!
Decent, but expensive, pizza. Hopefully Yorkton has better pizza than this somewhere... Avoid as if your life depended on it the cream sauce pasta. This place used to be one of our favorites. Not sure what happened. Got out own napkins, later when 2 out of 4 meals finally showed up, i went and helped myself to cutlery for 4. One meal was so late everyone was done. Sent it back. What happened?
