Very disappointing customer service by the host and management to the point where my partner and I got up and left. Upon entering, the host didn't even ask if we wanted a booth or table (assuming that we were ok with a table due to my partner's wheelchair) and when we said booth, he put us in the far end of the restaurant beside a loud and large group. We moved to a different booth, and the host came up to us and said we could not sit there because the chair would be blocking the way of staff. Not accommodating !!! We reserved 14 seats for outdoor lunch today. When the first person who arrived confirmed with the waiter, the waiter began to prepare the table and we were appreciated for that. After we had been waiting outside for 5 minutes, all the people arrived and we found it’s too hot to sit outside, so we suggested that we change to indoor. However the waiter rejected our request. We were very disappointed and didn't understand why. At that time, the restaurant had just opened and there was no customers inside. Don’t go there if you’re just wanna have fun , the Indian told us can’t serve any beers because we have reached limit , it already sounds unreasonable and when we asked for more beers they called the police lol , the police had to just walk out of the the place because we did nothing wrong,?? what a shame the employees there are racist towards to Asian people , there are actually two black brothers backed us up other wise we might need to go to jail from ordering bees ???
DoorDash messed up the order and did not deliver one item out of 12. DoorDash would not take responsibility for it, refusing to refund or do anything about it. The owner of this Boston Pizza offered complementary food, even though he said they are not responsible for DoorDash's mistake. That is good customer service.

Do no recommend going. The owner itself, with the filthy shoe he wears steps directly the chair where customer sits. If is not because of the waiter, I would not come back. I'll take picture next time it happens cuz it happens alot. Stay tune for picture.
Sofie the Bar Tender was great on Friday Night She was juggling drink order plus taking food orders in Bar side Great Smile Visited this location after a long time Great service by Sofie Keep smiling and keep up the great work.
The service was horrible. It took over 15 minutes before a server came over and took our order. My wife's meal came without the ranch dressing. As out of towner we will never eat here again.
Mathew provides excellent service. It’s a good place for gathering. Tuesday not busy, comfortable dining place after work to chat with friend. Thanks.
