However, my brother ordered Thai bites as an appetizer, but they arrived alongside the main courses. By the time he received his New York steak, everyone else had already finished their meals. We had requested a takeout box since we were about to leave when the waiter finally brought out the steak, apologizing for the delay. The service was outstanding, and the food was delicious. I initially sat down at the Old Spaghetti Factory next door, but the table was unappealing, so I decided to leave and ended up at Boston Pizza. I'm really glad I made that choice. The pizza was fantastic as always. I also noticed that there was someone diligently cleaning and setting the tables, which was a nice contrast to my experience at the Old Spaghetti Factory. I will definitely return to this Boston Pizza.
The customer service was disappointing, and the staff were not friendly at all. The cleanliness of the restaurant was a concern, as there were flies buzzing around. There was food on the floor, which I could overlook if the place had better overall conditions...

I ordered the lasagna on pasta Tuesday. When I received it, the container was only 1/3 full. This is terrible. I would never order this again. If I would have only known, I would certainly have ordered something different.
