This is a lovely spot to hang out. I visited on a Monday night for date night, and their late-night hours are a real plus in a city where few places stay open late. The food was enjoyable. Since it was just the two of us, we didn’t order too much, but the shrimp, Mediterranean veggie pizza, and pasta were all really good. I would definitely recommend trying them out. The beer selection is solid, though there aren't many options for non-drinkers. On the bright side, they do offer some great vegetarian-friendly dishes, which was a nice bonus for me.
Dinner with my daughters at Boston Pizza was fantastic! Our server was friendly, professional, and courteous. She was very attentive to our needs and made sure everything was taken care of. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with clean tables and an overall tidy restaurant. The food was good, although I wish there had been more beef on the nachos I ordered. I had a fishbowl drink and highly recommend the Bull Dog Margarita, which comes with tequila and a Corona! Overall, I would rate the experience a perfect 10/10.
I went back to the restaurant tonight and ordered a $19.99 pizza—usually, the food is good, but this was just mediocre—and a beer. They only deducted the cost of the pizza, stating that the gift certificate couldn’t be applied to the drinks. What?! A gift certificate should be treated like cash. After I raised my concern, the waitress returned and tossed a $5 bill on the table before walking away without a word. I was very unimpressed and will definitely avoid their gift cards in the future.
The food was decent and the service was excellent! My steak was quite salty, but the rest of the family really enjoyed the jambalaya. The Caesar salad had more dressing than lettuce, though. I've been to several BP locations, and this one didn't stand out much, but our server was fantastic. However, the ladies' restroom was in poor condition and had a musty smell when I visited; I hope that was just a temporary issue. I'd be willing to come back if I'm in the area again.

Parking: The restaurant is located in a plaza with plenty of parking spaces. I've never had trouble finding a spot. It might not always be the closest one, but that’s fine; I prefer parking away from crowds anyway.
Kid-friendliness: The kids were treated with kindness, smiles, and given the time they needed to make their decisions.
I had forgotten just how great Boston Pizza is, haha! The service is quick and efficient, and the staff is incredibly friendly. There's plenty of space inside, and the prices are reasonable with decent portion sizes. There's a little something for everyone on the menu, and it's conveniently located near the civic center if the kids are playing nearby.
I took a woman there for our first date, and I had a wonderful experience. The service was excellent. We just ordered a few drinks and appetizers, but I must say, the staff was impressive. Whoever is in charge of hiring has done a fantastic job; there are many beautiful and friendly women working there, all of whom were courteous and attentive.
My friend treated me to lunch, and he ordered the French onion soup along with a Caesar salad, while I opted for the Tuesday special—smoky mountain spaghetti and meatballs. It was nice to see some familiar servers from the past. The service and food were great, although it was a really hot day!

The only reason I keep coming here is that my wife and daughter enjoy the food, but even they are now frustrated with the self-righteous attitude of the customer service and management. Prices keep increasing, quality is declining, and the overall service feels immature at best.
Today was fantastic! I highly recommend this place to anyone who's really hungry.
