When we arrived at the hotel, we realized that the pizza was missing a sauce that should have been included. I called the restaurant, but the staff member I spoke to, who seemed to already be aware of the issue, did not apologize. They offered for us to come back and get the sauce or receive a credit, but when I asked if they could deliver it, they said there would be an additional charge without offering a sincere apology.
