My hubby and I stopped in for lunch. It wasn’t busy and still had to wait over 15 minutes to be seated. Took another 15 minutes for the waitress to come see us. We ordered a spinach dip to start which didn’t come to the table until 20 minutes after and was extremely salty. The waitress never asked us if we wanted anything to drink. We then ordered the Big Dipper (big mistake) and a club sandwich “style sandwich “ (another big mistake). (Also took forever to get to the table) The steak sandwich was dry, and chewy with no cheese. I asked the waitress if the “au jus” was onion soup and she had no clue what it was and didn’t even bother to ask the kitchen. (Au jus should not be onion soup) and t...
Disappointed.I ordered online and picked up at the restaurant. Nice hostess. Got home and they had given me an order of fries which I had not ordered, instead of the jalapeño dip. I called and asked for a refund as I was not going out to the restaurant again for their mistake. The hostess had to get the manager’s approval to finally advise they would refund the next day as they were busy at the moment. She took my cc number and phone number. This was Sunday. I have not been reimbursed yet. I went by the restaurant this afternoon, no manager on site until 4pm. Left my number and said I expected a call upon his arrival. Nothing yet. And who knows where my cc information was left??? I am hoping...
Absolutely terrible. Customer service is atrocious ! We ordered 7 cheese ravioli with marinara. We were sent plain cold noodles. No cheese and no sauce !!! When we called to see if they could correct it they were extremely rude and unhelpful. They blamed skip which is comical because it’s their kitchen staff that put plain noodles in the container. I do not recommend them and in fact will be sharing my experience. By the way I realized I signed in with the wrong email. The accessible bathroom had water all over the floor, the coffee was lukewarm, and the veggie burger was overcooked and tough, so I had to send it back. The restaurant wasn't busy, yet I still waited too long for my food. Additionally, there was no creamer for the coffee, only milk. To access the regular bathroom, you have to climb two flights of stairs and navigate through a nearly empty room filled with furniture to reach the back.
The tables have flyers advertising a Mario coloring book and a giveaway for a Nintendo Switch, but they don’t actually offer either. The waitress was unaware of the situation and attempted to reach the manager, but received no response. It’s perplexing to have these flyers on the table when no one seems to understand what's happening. So why even have the flyers there in the first place?
Very typical Boston Pizza. Needs more parking but amazing staff. Laurence the bartender is funny, outgoing and an amazing server. As someone in the industry I cannot stress how great the staff is in this location. Especially Laurence who can cheer you up even on your worst of days.Food and atmosphere are typical. Staff are amazing.
I waited 25 minutes just for my bill!!!!!No one knows how to use their POS system apparently......was provided a bill that wasn't mine and was expected to pay it because they accidentally gave my bill to someone else.Incompetence to the max.
Ordered dinner and it’s 2 hours and still nothing yet. We’ve called three times now and we’re promised it’s coming. This isn’t the first time. Wouldn’t recommend ordering from here if you’re expecting your meal within 2 hours.
The restaurant has a really cool atmosphere, but unfortunately, the pizza I ordered was quite disappointing given the high price I paid. I would suggest removing it from the menu.
